The Project Administrator has the following responsibilities;

· Prepare and manage the bid timeline / project plan

· Prepare and maintain Deal Team and Governance structure documents

· Ensure allocation of tasks and action items
· Ensure all tasks are updated and reports issued on a regular basis

· Manage planning and logistic arrangements for client engagements (for example on site Due Diligence meetings)

· Maintain a RAID Log for the Bid and coordinate updates from the team

· Organise regular meetings and distribute updated materials

· Prepare and maintain a contact list for all parties involved in the bid

· Manage the documentation library related to the bid, including;

- Structured on-line storage

- Maintain version control over key documents

· Report progress to the Manager against the timeline / project plan

· Provide clear, concise and accurate written and verbal reports to the Manager and other stakeholders

· Prepare well structured, clear and well presented project deliverables

Who we're looking for

Experience of working as PMO/PSO within the Financial services Industry ( Banking orAsset Management )
· Ability to prioritise work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing environment

· Capability to communicate intelligently and effectively with business line representatives or remote staff.

· Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate questions and discussion points across multiple operational sites.

· Strong customer focus
