Due to increased work loads my client is looking to recruit a fraud paralegal / Legal executive / Solicitor to work within it's busy claims validation team based in Birmingham. The team you would be joining deal with potential fraudulent claims, with a focus on motor and employer's
liability/public liability work.
The type of work includes:-
Minimal Impact Cases - Low Speed/Significant Trauma Cases
Phantom Passengers
Contrived Claims
Semi-staged / Staged Claims
Grossly Exaggerated Claims

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate some experience of handling fraud claims or have worked in a defendant Personal injury environment. You will be client focused with a high level of attention to detail.
