Work undertaken will cover the full gamut of contentious IP on a national and international basis. Work will include all types of dispute resolution, day-to-day infringement matters, ownership and licensing issues, as well as strategic reviews and advice on IP issues.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be well versed in all aspects of contentious IP work but with a particular emphasis on trade marks, passing-off, copyrights, designs and IP licensing disputes. Experience of IT/software disputes, and non-contentious IP work (although the role will be primarily disputes based), would be welcomed. The successful candidate will also possess excellent academics.
