Based in Hampshire, as the direct marketing executive your key purpose is to deliver incremental revenue and cash margin from the organisations direct marketing programme by developing and executing a customer contact strategy. You will achieve this by undertaking the following tasks; • Work with the CRM manager to set an overall direct marketing strategy development for the organisation • Own the overall contact plan forthe organisationand ensure alignment with all stakeholder needs • Work with the CRMAnalyst, CRM Designer and external insight research agencies in order to ensure that the results are being used to drive future campaign design. • Regularly evaluate campaignsuccess and ensure results are shared withwider marketing and commercial teams. • Ensure that the strategy works in tandem with that of the online team • Work with the category DM Executive to ensure plans are complementary and to address combined customer contact rules. • Investigatenew distribution methodsfor future campaigns. • Be responsible for budget control within lifecycle process and to regularly evaluate costs.
