Product Manager

• Work on a project basis with business implementation teams to use the standard platform
• Each project will be different, it will require interaction with a wide range of stakeholders and involve some or all of these elements in different projects
- Customer presentations (sometimes like a pre-sales role)
- Product Definition & Gap Analysis - working with wide range of stakeholders
- Manage the relationship with all relevant internal stakeholders
- Support business units
- Coordination in between the company and the market, may include presentations to customers (and potential customers)
- Responsible for market and user experience research including competitive analysis and identification of areas for differentiation
- Advise on changes needed to the Marketing plan: Product, price, place and promotion
- Find new product opportunities and Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new product features on an ongoing basis to the roadmap

Who we're looking for
You will have a strong background in product management, preferably from a Technology / Business Services environment.
