Senior Tele-Marketer - Business Development

A propositional sales role, office based near Liverpool Street, for an International IT Software company. The specifics of the role include targeting and opening new clients, securing a qualified lead to hand over to the field sales team to close. Agency style working environment, with success rewarded. A highly autonomous role, though while stand alone initially, the role will quickly encompass team leading responsibility.
Other responsibilities include:
• Campaign scheduling
• Team management
• Reporting activity, success and forecasts upwards

Who we're looking for
High calibre Tele-Marketing professionals. Must be experienced in propositional, rather than closing, sales. other desired criteria include:
• A proactive, can do attitude, with enthusiasm for Tele-Marketing.
• B-2-B experience in a Tele-Marketing capacity, preferably from within the IT industry
• 1 year+ team leading experience
