You will work in the Commerce & Technology Departments a Commercial Associate who will take a proactive approach and be able to anticipate the needs of the team's clients. You will act for a broad range of commercial clients and at times will work closely with the firm's Corporate Department and will have some responsibility for the management of commercial aspects of corporate transactions. You will also be required to take an active involvement in the firm's business development strategy.
