A key role within the business that has exposure to the Senior Exec Team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to grow the success of the online business.

Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce your responsibilities will include:
• Focusing on SEO, PPC, affiliates and online experience.
• Building cost effective acquisition and retention programmes and the delivery of cross-selling and up-selling campaigns within the existing customer base
• Managing digital agencies enablingthe businessto maximise the ROI from expenditure in this area.
• Managing the companies social media presence.
•Effectively develop and manage your team

Who we're looking for
•Strong online / ecommerce marketing professional from a retail background
•Commercially astute and able to develop strategy and monitor budgets
•Analytical
• Experience of managing a team to success
• Communicate and engage stakeholders across the business
