As a Buyer your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the Head of Retail with implementation of the product range in line with the retail strategy, budgets, quality and price requirements
• Assist with the range development
• Review department performance and deliver analytical information on sales, ranging and competitor development
• Maintain integrity of EPOS data - inventory management
• Support the Head of Retail with the development of the supplier base to drive product performance
• Maintain optimum stock levels
• Report any significant supply problems to ensure that department and functions are kept aware of any potential difficulties
• Support shops in merchandising ranges

Who we're looking for
In order to be considered for this Buyer role you will need:
• Purchasing background within retail business
• Experience of managing OTB, stock control and budgets
• Passion for products and range development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiating skills
• Must demonstrate a flexible approach to work and able to work on own initiative
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
