As Senior Finance Business Partner your responsibilities will include:
• Quickly and effectively gaining credibility across the business to help build strong working relationships
• Providing high quality financial analysis and commercial acumen into business decision making
• Driving the strategic agenda with the business area, including top line growth
• Driving change activity within the business and assisting with the management of that change
• Interpreting financial data for the business and highlighting potential risks and opportunities
• Challenging business decision making and offering advice and alternatives
• Completing month end reporting and highlighting any variances
• Developing the current business reporting suite focused on key performance objectives for the Business
• Developing the Finance PMO to provide governance and tools for business case creation and benefits/cost tracking
Who we're looking for
As Senior Finance Business Partner your experience will ideally include:
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) level or equivalent
• Previous experience from a similar role
• A proven background working within senior finance and commercial teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commercial focus with developed leadership techniques
• Experience from within insurance or financial services is preferred but is not essential
• The desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a track record of delivering results
• Very strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills
