Lead Business Analyst

As part of our dedicated analysis practice, you'll be responsible for the implementation of projects across the business, ranging from small changes to large complex projects. In each case, you'll ensure the successful delivery of the full suite of requirements including all business, technical and non functional requirements. You will be responsible for the agreement of analysis deliverables, leading and managing senior analysts and analysts in their delivery (both permanent and contract), and maintaining accountability for quality standards and timely delivery.

Who we're looking for
To rise to the challenge, you'll need proven expertise in the analysis sector in a lead capacity with management responsibilities. This background will have given you an expert knowledge of the relevant analysis tools, methodology and best practice. You will be able to apply structured analysis expertise on assigned projects and work closely with stakeholders to shape and manage their expectations. You should also be highly skilled at capturing, analysing, documenting and validating both functional and non-functional requirements.
