Corporate Finance Executive

o As a Corporate Finance Executive you will assist with transactions; interfacing with clients and other professionals in the preparation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial information.
o Other opportunities involve experience with sales mandates, the identification of potential buyers, and adherence tocompliance regulations as defined by bodies such as the Financial Services Authority.
o Exposureto a wide variety of projects will be obtained, within a highly commercial, client focussed environment.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
o Possess previous experience within a related finance background.
o Be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with first time passes.
o Possess excellent academics; he/she will be educated to degree level having obtained a minimum of a 2:1, and have high A-Level grades or equivalent.
o Have excellent interpersonal skills, with an outgoing, enthusiastic, and ambitious approach.
o Be inquisitive of mind, a dynamic individual, and one who always aims to push the boundaries in terms of knowledge and ability.
