Purpose of the Role:
Support the Process Architect for Finance in delivering SAP in country, acting as first line support for the business in completing all the activities required for a successful go-live in country. This role will share best practice between releases and across countries in the same release to find common ways of executing the project deliverables. They will also support the Process Architect in ongoing change management and control of the SAP implementation template for countries who are already on the template. This role will be working very closely with the local business and the SAP delivery team.
Work across Finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, General Ledger, Product Costing and Profit/Cost Centre Accounting) to support the Local Country SMEs in defining the scope for testing, building relevant scenarios and prioritising the tests to ensure good coverage and minimising risks
Support the Process Architect in training activities and the SMEs in coordinating follow up activities.
Support the local business to deliver specific Business Readiness activities where reference to to-be Processes is required.
Maintain the SAP roles and support the Process Architects to analyse violations and find best ways to eliminate/ mitigate them.
Track the Change Requests that are created during the lifecycle of the project.
Support Business As Usual:
Support the Process Architect in conducting Process Audits including follow up documentation and analysis of findings.
Responsible for the Management of Change for live countries - prepare the readiness checklist prior to the release of change and make recommendations to the Process Architect & Local Business Leadership on Business Readiness to accept the changes.
Work with the IT & S Business Analysts to ensure Continuous Improvement Changes to Nike are tracked and traceable through approvals, delivery & go-live.
Act as the first point of call for the Business Analyst to develop Continuous Improvement CRs.
Ensure that all process documentation for their area is up to date (e.g. ARIS maps, Training Documents).
Continuously work to up-skill the business resources & equip them to operate the implementation way as more countries come onto the template.
Who we're looking for
- A recognised accounting qualification, e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, COA or equivalent qualification.
- Deep business knowledge of Lubricants Finance processes.
-Background of major systems implementation, preferably using the ISDC delivery methodology.
- Logical and methodical in working through detailed project activities.
- A good eye for business process simplification.
- Competent at working across different parts of complex organisations in getting deliverables completed.
- SAP implementation expertise.
- Business Change Management.
