The role of Corporate Account Manager will require;
- Planning and implementation of a business development strategy for identified Corporate Accounts, with specific focus on the conversion of Contact Centres and Offices to use Jabra headsets on their Unified Communications or telephony platforms
- Win new accounts and manage existing accounts to ensure utilisation of all the technology benefits of Jabra headsets
- Work alongside the Jabra channel sales team and key resellers to create a partnership approach and fast-track engagement into the top corporate accounts
- Building a pipeline of New Business Projects and up-selling on existing accounts to ensure delivery on key Revenue targets
- Develop a network of key decision makers across different sector account bases
- Increase Market Share within Corporate Accounts
- Effective utilisation of internal relationships in order to leverage their market experience and expertise
- Selling the full product portfolio you will develop and implement strategies that help achieve volume and profit objectives
- Create and maintain effective relationships with system integrators and partners
Who we're looking for
You will have a proven track record within the IT/Telecoms industry with PBX or Unified Communications experience, or alternatively have sold similar products into Corporate Accounts or large Contact Centres. Self-motivated, you must be comfortable working both autonomously and also part of a team to utilise internal relationships with the Channel and Marketing teams. You will be happy travelling across the UK to visit existing and win new business opportunities.
Direct sales experience is a must in this role, either in the Mid-Market or Corporate space. You will need to have a track record of consistent revenue growth with a mix of acquiring new accounts and up-selling with existing relationships. You will need to know the market well and will have driven market share in your current or past roles.
