The area manager is responsible for managing all operational aspects within a specified territory to achieve excellent customer service, quality, cost and delivery performance in accordance with company strategy, goals and values. Managing the area to costs and budgets and provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice managers within the territory are also key.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will come from a healthcare background although retail candidates have also been successful within this business. You will need:
• Proven experience of people management across multiple sites.
• Track record of successful operational and business improvement with a commercial focus.
• Experience of working in a business oriented, commercial and customer focused environment.
• Minimum of 2 years experience at a similar level, managing teams, budgets and targets to tight deadlines.
