To work as part of a regional International Assignment Services department, managing IAS compliance programmes and assisting the IAS management team.
The role will include:

• Responsibility for the preparation and review of modified payrolls and UK tax returns
• Responsibility for coordinating a small team of junior staff in carrying out IAS compliance work
• Coordination of global expatriate programmes working alongside our international network
• Providing ad hoc advice to clients
• Assisting in the production of advisory reports
• Assisting the regional IAS management team with the growth of the department

Who we're looking for
• Will be CTA or ACA qualified
• Will have at least 3 years relevant experience and be able to manage IAS compliance programmes and a small team of people.
• Positive attitude, willingness to be flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team with strong communications skills
• Be comfortable conversing with and reporting to director level both at client and business
• Client focused with an ability to meet deadlines and present a positive image of the business
• Identifying selling opportunities incidental to the stated duties
• Experience of dual US/UK handling helpful but not a requirement
• Must be an ambitious self starter
