This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the worlds largest retailers within their online and grocery divisions based in Hertfordshire. You will be responsible formanaging complex projects - conducting analysis, make recommendations directly to their executives and implement innovative solutions to ensure great customer satisfaction and maximum efficiency in the operation. Reporting to one of our Senior Operations Development Manager, responsibilities may include:
• Making the online shopping experience better than in-store: an even wider range of products with the broadest possible set of customers • Working cross-functionally to build a new customer channel • Improving productivity in picking, delivery and Head Office • Improving customer satisfaction, particularly around freshness, substitutions and accuracy • Increasing delivery options to suit customers needs and reduce impact on store congestion • Measuring the contribution of projects on both short and long term customer behaviour across our business to drive future plans • Always trying to make things better for customers, simpler for stores and/or cheaper for our client
Who we're looking for
We are looking for ambitious, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who have strong programme and project management experience. • Managing projects to meet milestones and targets whilst engaging stakeholders to actively support the delivery of change. • Liaising and influencing at all levels of management (internally and externally) and working closely with other team members • Delivering project results and quantifying the benefits of the change that is expected by the business • Testing processes and systems, and taking steps to resolve issues before implementation • Communicating complex ideas in a simple way to a wide range of audiences • Analysing large data sets to enable clear conclusions and recommendations to be made 2:1 Degree or international equivalent.
