The opportunity offers variety and scope including:

• Oversee the management of a mixed portfolio of clients
• Provide advice on business strategy and advice for growth
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, being first point of contact for most issues that arise
• Work closely with the existing director and tax team with a strong view of succession
• Contribute to business development and build own profile in the business community
• Manage the existing team of staff
• Review accounts and act as point of reference to the team with regard to complex issues
• To deal with ad hoc & special assignments

Who we're looking for
• You will be either ACA/ACCA qualified with experience of both Corporate and Non Corporate work
• Knowledge of tax issues
• Networking & Business Development skills
• Managing/motivating a team to deliver results
• Proven track record of client management
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport

What's on offer
£45,000 plus - depending on experience.
