Transaction services is the sector that analyses the feasibility of large corporate and private transactions.

It is your task to decide whether or not mergers, acquisitions and other such large-scale deals and transactions would be beneficial to your clients, and to advise them on the necessary actions to take in order to add significant value.

The role in question will be to manage a portfolio of a range of transactions for both Corporate and Private Equity deals. The role will also require you :
o To understand key business drivers,
o To analyse and interpret financial data,
o To understand complex business models and produce meaningful and concise reports, including financial due diligence and capital market reports.

Who we're looking for
• Ideally you will have transaction services experience already, OR have come from a management background within audit and have had some exposure to due diligence/transactions.
• You will have obtained the ACA,ACCA or equivalent qualification.
•Sound analytical skills are a must,an ability/passion to write with precision and flair is required.

You will be confident to manage teams of more junior individuals across the due diligence processes, as well as giving presentations to senior level clients and getting involved in networking within the business community.
