Head of Customer Data

You will;
• Lead the customer data business lead and use customer insight, understanding and analysis to develop strategies.
• Develop business plans to build on market opportunities and improve on existing customer data collection.
• Work with the Heads of Marketing segments to integrate customer data into overall business decisions, by taking responsibility for overarching customer data flow and data engagement across all customer touch points.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the use of Customer Data, Customer Permission and Data Protection to all levels of the organisation.
• Set, monitor and review relevant KPI's against use and collection of Customer Data. Identify and facilitate cross-functional process improvements.
• Build, maintain and manage internal and external relationships. Using networks to Identify and facilitate cross-functional process improvements.
• Lead both direct reports and cross functional teams of experts to deliver the products and grow profitability. Facilitate training and engagement on the value of customer data across other business units.

Who we're looking for
Of degree calibre you will;
• Understand the power of customer data, and harness this into actionable work streams to deliver ROI
• Demonstrate understanding of customer behaviour and how this translates into organisational dialogue (life-cycle marketing, channel optimisation, customer service)
• Engender trust, buy-in and enthusiasm in others - a strong influencer who facilitates change
• Ability to work collaboratively to identify solutions, and follow through into implementation and delivery
• Ideally from an agency or an organisation with renowned advanced use of data for insight and marketing.
• Background in analytics/CRM/data planning
• Excellent presentation skills, strong ability to translate data into easily understandable and digestible formats for different audiences
• Takes pride in accomplishing goals
