Strategic Product Manager

Retail / FMCG

Permanent ⁄ £30000 - £32000

Working with the Marketing Director to develop marketing strategies in support of the overall category plan for product portfolio in order to maximise sales and profit.
You will also work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and go-to-market plans on time and budget, that will deliver the category objectives within the business plan.
You will be responsible for managing key supplier relationships and commercial contracts. You will need to be comfortable with analysis to develop market and competitor insights in order to develop winning propositions and refine the existing portfolio through NPD plans.
You will be required to monitor and report on sales and profit performance and track against the business plan.

Who we're looking for
• Product Management experience within the FMCG sector, ideally within the beauty / aesthetics industry
• Able to manage P&L accounts and budget forecasts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively on a cross functional basis
• Highly numerate and analytical ability
• Commercially astute individual
• Proven experience of managing oversees suppliers
