To work alongside the Head of Fiduciary specialising in all aspects of Guernsey trust law with particular emphasis in advising fiduciary providers on the establishment and administration of Guernsey trusts.
The provision of advise to existing and new clients in all aspects of legal fiduciary work including:
• Compliance with, and advising local fiduciaries on relevant local regulations
• the use and creation of trusts
• drafting trust instruments and supplemental documents
• pension trusts
• administration of trusts

Who we're looking for
Business development skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Commercially minded, enthusiastic in approach and client and service focussed.
The candidate will be a qualified lawyer and it would be an advantage to be a member of STEP. The candidate must have sound technical skills and at least 3 years highly relevant experience in trust law.
