Compliance Manager

Support the Head of Risk & Compliance in the company's strategic and performance objectives by using best practices in compliance risk management processes.
Provide the business with appropriate regulations, legislations, laws and voluntary code advice.
Risks and events controls for risk assessment.
Provide or advise of Compliance Training.
Proactively identify risks to minimise financial crime against the business.
Maintain systems and controls to ensure they are appropriate for the business with particular attention paid to risk, financial crime and audits.
Provide monthly compliance MI to support the senior management board packs.
Provide regular packs for HOD meetings.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a compliance/AML environment.
Proven track record of monitoring, taking into account the outcome measures of TCF and Business Risk
CeMap/CeFa/IOC/ICA qualifications are preferable.
