You will be responsible for leading the development of component / sub system cost models using Value Improvement along side your Engineering tools and techniques. You are responsible for development and content of global Commodity User Friendly Cost Standards (UFCS's). You will also be directly accountable and responsible for deployment of User Friendly Cost Standards training Commodity specific e.g. design & development, control of training material, planning, facilitation & ensure delivery to target population

Who we're looking for
You will have:
• Significant technical and Manufacturing knowledge of allocated commodity
• A good understanding of lean principles
• An understanding of principles of finance
• Knowledge and understanding of cost drivers
• Able to generate cost models
• Engineering degree or equivalent
