KEY: • Manage Avery's FX risks in Europe, the Mid-East and Africa • Provide financial accounting analysis of company subsidiaries including EMEA cash and capital flows FX: • Ability to become the internally regarded leader and expert on FX • Identifying and analyzing the FX exposures • Crafting FX risk management programs and strategies • Have an understanding of Accounting for FX and ability to address and solve the internal FX accounting matters • Act as a primary contact with financial institutions' FX desks • Crafting and leading internal training and communication programs around FX • Ensure top-notch FX reporting both for internal accounting purposes and for tracking and clarity around all FX matters FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND CAPITAL ANALYSIS: • Work with the business units on assessment of working capital movements • Asses cash generation including cash forecasts and working capital forecasts and drivers • Maintain and improve financial accounting models OTHER: • Take on and back up other Treasury responsibilities as needed, potentially to include intercompany loans, cash management and forecasting analytics, etc
Who we're looking for
• Significant professional experience in Treasury or Banking in a similar role • Experience with accounting for FX • Accounting certification • Expertise and facility with financial modelling including advanced excel skills
