About our client
TCC is an International Marketing group, founded in 1991. We are the world leader specialising in designing and running retail marketing programs that change shopper behaviour. The company employs around 450 staff and our turnover to end of July 2011 will be approx. €500 million. The Group is privately owned, is financially very sound and audited by Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Operating in over 60 countries with 23 local sales offices and 4 group offices we service many of the world's major retailers - Tesco, Carrefour, Co-op, Casino, 7-Eleven, Metro, Spar, Rewe, Esso, BP and Shell to name a few.
The company's core business is known as Best Customer Marketing. These marketing programs aim to change shopper behaviour over a 4 to 5 month period. High-spending shoppers are rewarded for dedicating more of their weekly shopping budget to the retailer with free branded luxury house-wares. TCC has successfully run in excess of 5,000 of these programs over the years.
The range of products offered in its programs is extensive and includes house-wares, soft toys, electrical goods, leisure products and promotional items. A key factor in TCC's success has been in competitively sourcing products globally, meeting high quality and safety standards.
TCC currently work with many leading brands such as Rosenthal, Royal Doulton, Kahla, Tefal, Grundig, Philips, Kappa, Disney and Laura Ashley amongst others.
What's on offer
The generous package will be commensurate with the background of the candidate including objective based bonus, contributory pension scheme and health cover.
This is a new role in an expanding international company. There is great potential for career development both within the Product Team or through cross functional projects or within the commercial functions or general management, in the UK or overseas.
