The role will involve Growing this new office
- Managing a team of 5/8 staff
- Supervising and taking responsibility for the day to day function of the accounts department
- Producing monthly reports on staff productivity, new clients etc.
- Implement the marketing strategy with the directors
- Annual budgeting
- Assisting managing director on any ad hoc projects (e.g mergers and acquisitions)
- Point of contact for the maintenance of the new IT system
- Management of data storage

Who we're looking for
You will also have a portfolio of clients you will be ambitious , driven and looking for an outstanding opportunity to make a difference and take ownership for the development and growth of this practice.
- Qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 1-/15 port qualification experience
Free drift advantageous
- Experience of working at a senior level within a small/medium sized firm
- Experience in business development
- Excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour
- Hardworking, with the drive to succeed
- Excellent networking skills
