The successful UK Business Operations Manager will be based in Aberdeen and will ensure that all the UK operations associated with Customer Support activities such as installation and maintenance of underwater production systems work well. You will be expected to budget, report and manage the P&L for projects within the UK portfolio.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supervise and monitor financial performance. Monitor adherence to expense budgets.
• Review sales, costs and margins on a monthly basis.
• Present monthly MPR (Monthly Progress Reports) according to company requirements.
• Participate with EPC Sales Force in "Front End Sales" where required to promote Customer Support capabilities within installation and aftermarket segment for UK opportunities.
• Maintain close communication with EPC Sales Force.
• Participate tender review.
• Arrange regular meetings with CS UK project.
• Lead Customer Support tender strategy and project execution strategy.

Who we're looking for
The successful UK Business Operations Manager who will be based in Aberdeen, and should come from a Project/'Operations Management background, with exposure of a large span of control. The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level in a suitable engineering discipline and/or extensive relevant industry experience with a management background as well as a strong commercial awareness. You must be able to demonstrate the following.

• Proven track record in a similar Management position is essential.
• Background in the Subsea sector of the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong customer focused background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong HSE awareness and understanding of Industry standards.

£70,000 - £80,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
