Reporting to the divisional COO, you are responsible for the management of key European Service Providers and driving service excellence within the organisation. Operating at this senior level, you will be a expert in infrastructure management and proven leader in challenging and fast paced organisations. You will be responsible for delivering high profile projects and managing demanding internal and external customers.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for the Global Service Delivery Manager, you will have experience of:
• Leading and driving global vendor management strategy

• Multi sourcing delivery model (off shore, near shore and on shore)

• Global IT function with defined technology footprint (standards and architecture) and operating model

• Global or Pan European system(s) roll out

• Significant / Complex Business Change Programmes with a strong IT component

• ITIL Qualified

• Facilities Management

• Global business model with regional and divisional management structures

• Lean methods and approach
