To maintain and update the website, liaising with the platform provider. To work with the Net a Porter team to ensure effective fulfilment and customer care support. Create commercialsite merchandising strategies in line with Brand vision. Achieve budgeted sales targets. To manage and fulfil the online sales and customer service enquiries.
The role can essentially be broken down into Marketing, eCommerce, Content and Reporting.

Who we're looking for
Significant previous eCommerce experience
Understanding of Venda or similar platform & end to end process
Creative vent with commercial and analytical skills
Understanding and experience of the luxury fashion market.
Experience of the US eCommerce market
Experience of the US luxury retail market
