You will work in one of the UK's most acclaimed Commercial teamsundertaking a broad range of commercial agreements from technology specific agreements to agency and distribution agreements to global outsourcing and procurement. The group also regularly advises on agreements for e-commerce, manufacturing, supply, franchising, sales, marketing, advertising, promotion and gives general advice on a wide range of other commercial arrangements and regulation.

Who we're looking for
You will be working for a top City firm and have had exposure to a range of commercial matters throughout your career.
