EMEA Sales Controller

The Sales Controller will be responsible for sales planning, forecasting & analysis across multiple channels & countries. They will be involved in leading the planning, forecasting & analysis initiatives to improve regional decision-making; managing incentive program models; & looking at direct cost of sales & sales performance analyses/KPIs.

Who we're looking for
We seek applications from candidates who can demonstrate drive, determination and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of CRM applications (preferably Salesforce), experience of working in an international sales environment & the ability to work as part of a geographically dispersed multidisciplinary team. They will be innovative, highly numerate and have strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to make a positive contribution to the organisation from day one. They should be confident in challenging existing processes and suggesting improvements to drive greater efficiency within the organisation.
