As Head of HR, you will lead the function in providing an innovative HR service to the business. You will business partner with key stakeholders across the UK to deliver a value-add HR function, closely aligned with the business goals.
You will drive the employer of choiceprogramme as well as ensuring that talent management remains top of the internal agenda. Management and leadership development is also high on thepriority listas a way ofhelping to drive business and capability growth.

Who we're looking for
Youmust have extensive experience of operating at board/regional board level in theretail sector and have a passion for the retail environment. This is not an 'office-based' role so individuals will have to be down-to-earth and pragmatic in their approach. You must have strong but subtle influencing skills and high levels of drive and personal credibility. A amount of time spent outside of the HR Function in a business role would be advantageous.
