IT Lawyer - 3 + years PQE

Working closely with department head, we are looking for a talented commercial lawyer with an interest and/or experience in the IT sector. As part of a 20 strong Chambers rated commercial department, the successful candidate will have access to a broad spectrum of commercial work, although we are looking for someone to provide or develop specific support on IT related issues such as IT outsourcing, software licensing, data services agreements, ecommerce outsourcing, consumer facing ecommerce and retail work such as provision of advice on terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have quality experience gained at large regional or city firm or in-house, with strong technical skills. IT, Ecommerce and Data Protection expertise is a great start and any experience of Telecoms would be welcomed. You must have excellent communication and drafting skills and the confidence to deal with clients from the outset.
