Reporting to the Director, main responsibilities for this senior position will include:

• Play an active role in winning and executing corporate finance mandates including sale mandates, acquisitions and finance raising assignments
• Develop a strong professional reputation in the local business community including market knowledge and business contacts
• Act as contact/liaison point for clients, lawyers, banks, venture capitalists and other colleagues
• Research companies and their markets to identify valuation multiples and key drivers
• Prepare key documents including packs for pitching for new business, sale information memoranda, acquisition profiles of targets, business plans and briefing packs
• General administrative tasks including compliance checks
• Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACA, ACCA or CTA), be bright, articulate and have strong analytical skills. You will need to have a deep interest in CF, particularly in the local market place and be keen to make a nig contribution to an award winning team.
