Senior Quality Engineer

You will be responsible for leading all daily quality activities on site and will act as the main customer liaison, responsible for responding to customer concerns, putting corrective actions in place and communicating progress to customers at all times. You will be responsible for the leadership of a team of engineers, technicians and inspectors with the support of the Quality Manager, planning workloads and ensuring an effective response to customer requirements.

Who we're looking for
You will have a detailed understanding of the key tools of quality management and will be able to effectively coach and mentor others in their application. You must have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment and will be looking to progress your career in a business supportive of continued development, including further education and/or internal progression either locally, nationally or globally.

My client are a leading global 1st tier automotive manufacturer. having recently promoted the Senior Quality Engineer into the role of Quality Manager, they are looking to recruit in his place in order to guarantee that appropriate succession plans are in place.

What's on offer
£38,000-£41,000 + bonus + pension + excellent benefits including access to sponsored further education
