You'll work as part of a team of industry specialists providing consulting services to all the major financial institutions, so you'll quickly build upon your existing industry knowledge to become an expert in your field. Assignments will be focused across the full spectrum of the Insurance industry and will include: • Operating model design and delivery • Process Transformation • Cost Reduction • Risk and Regulation
As a Manager you'll develop your existingleadership capabilities by effectively managing teams for the delivery of client work whilst also playing an active role in the career development of more junior team members. The projects you'll work on will be complex and challenging, focussing on designing Insurance functional operating models, process reengineering, operations improvement.
Who we're looking for
To succeed as a Operations Excellence Manager you will require the following: • Excellent academics (at least a 2:i from a leading university) • Deep, relevant experience within a major Insurer or consulting firm working on business change projects • Ability to operate and understand excellent project and programme management disciplines including production of project plans, key quality programme deliverables and working and delivering to strict time constraints • Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working. • "Can do" attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate • Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference • Knowledge of methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, BPR techniques and implementation methodologies beneficial • Full travel mobility
