Senior Policy Manager

The Senior Policy Manager for this think tank based in Oxford will be responsible for providing senior staff support in ongoing strategic development of their Policy Programme. Additional responsibilities will include:
-Managing new and insightful policy research to progress key, emergent issues in policy from inception to delivery.
- Maintain and develop networks of stakeholders within the policy sector.
-Deliver presentations, webinars and other outreach activities to communicate their policy research.
-Manage work plans and budgets. Develop new policy projects and funding proposals.

Who we're looking for
The right candidates will be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements:
-Post graduate qualification in environmental or development policy.
-Familiarity with international legislations (CBD & UNFCC).
-Proven experience of managing complex projects to delivery.
-Excellent written and spoken English. Other languages are an advantage.
-Good interpersonal skills.
