In therole of New Business Consultant, you will be responsible for the promotion of your client's services through cold-calling other businesses and making them aware of your client. You will then be tasked with setting appointmentswith these businesses for the field-sales agents to attend, present their client's servicesand close the deals. You willundergo excellent first-hand training from your direct managers who have a wealth of experience performing the role.Furthermore,you will receive constant support in order to ensure your development remains on track, and that you achieve success in the role. As a New Business Consultant, you will be required to: • Pro-actively prospect potential new business; • Promote the services of your clients; •Set appointments for the field-sales agents to attend; • Display tenacity and innovationwhen handling objections from clients; • Relentlessly work towards achieving the targets you have been set.
Who we're looking for
The perfect candidate for this role will have: • A proven track record in developing new business opportunities via cold calling and telephone prospecting; • A passion for media and marketing; • A keen interestand good understanding of the rolesocial media websites can play in marketing companies, products and services; •The ability to demonstrate tenacity and resiliencewhen making a sale; • Excellent communication skills. Candidates will be expected tolearn the role quickly, and work hardtowards achieving the highest level of performance they can possibly give. You should be able towork in Manchester and have a passion for Media and Marketing.
