Working from home and living in the ST Postcode area, you will be given the tools necessary to do the job such as computer and a car. You will be driving 90% of your business from existing accounts and the rest from new business. You will be selling employee benefits to organisations, going into the companies themselves and getting employees to sign up for the benefits, upselling and cross selling. There is a team who will book your appointments and you will be expected to supplement their efforts and work with them effectively.You will also be responsible for bringing on new companies in your patch which is within the West Midlands. Your earnings will be uncapped and there are extra bonuses for top performers.
