• This role will lead the growth and development of our clients stores within the Ireland patch.
• You will look to lead from the front and be very people focussed.
• Coaching and development of people must be your passion.
• Along with these traits you must have had experience growing a retail brand, sourcing locations, increasing profits, reducing rates and costs were possible.
• This role will eventually grow into a Country Manager role.

Who we're looking for
• You will come from a retail/operations background where you have managed people within multiple stores.
• You will be very people focussed and thrive in a coaching environment.
• You will have experience growing stores bases and increasing brand presence.
• You will be profit and sales focussed, always striving to be the best.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good with numbers.
