As a key member of the procurement team you will be required to lead the development and implementation of service / capital procurement strategies delivering significant cost and process efficiencies.

Who we're looking for
- Experience of hard and soft services contracts, civil, ME&I and capital projects.
- Experience of developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Strong negotiator of contractual agreements with strategic providers.
- Able to identify and manage commercial risk.
- Must have experience of EU procurement directive / OJEU.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with a collaborative approach.
- Commercially focused with a proven track record of delivering cost and process efficiencies.
- Adaptable to change and experience of working with a procurement transformation project.
- Experience of dealing with large complex spends.
- Background in utilities, gas, oil, civils or indirect retail.
- Graduate and MCIPS qualified.
