The role as a Deputy General Manager will excite anyone who is looking for a career change and come and run a multi - million pound business. As a Deputy General Manager you will be working closely with the general manager to optimise all aspects of the business not only will you be the face of the business but you help drive the business forward by: • Providing essential customer service • Understanding Consumers, providing a positive guest experience & being heavily involved in obtaining financial targets • Managing a high volume team • Integral part of the planning team that organises show times • Manage labour costing and budgeting • Working on ER and HR issues within your venue • Day to Day Operations of the business • Developing new streams of revenue - working on local marketing campaigns
