Reporting to the head of legal as part of a small team you will have responsibility for drafting a range of client contracts, including service, maintenance and software license agreements. You will have plenty of autonomy and will be expected to work as a proactive part of the business.

Who we're looking for
You will have working knowledge in drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements such as T&Cs, Service and maintenance agreements. Ideal candidates will also have experience of software licensing and also come from an engineering background.
