Due to expansion our client has an opportunity for a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor to join their highly successful and busy corporate team in Bristol, supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions and running smaller transactions with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for a Solicitor looking for an opportunity to impress and progress.

Duties
• Running transactions: Mergers and acquisitions;
• Assisting on larger, more complex transactions;
• Doing a range of general corporate and commercial work.

Who we're looking for
You should be a qualified Solicitor with experience of working within a Corporate team . You will have both transactional work experience and general corporate and commercial experience.
