Key liaison between the clients for all quality and delivery related matters; this will include managing client query process to resolution ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Provide services which meet client needs with simple and sustainable processes and products which adhere to my client's strategic products and programs including multiple country information gathering for other service offerings. Key to this will the initial design and implementation covering all dimensions and ensuring that the client has the right global services products to meet their needs.
Liaise with the off-shore team following defined processes and contributing to the continued development t of the off-shore associates. Work withglobalperformance management to define a standard set of quality and delivery metrics for the client. Provide pro-active communications to support changes to client deliverables through simplified client communications. Interact directly with clients for management of technical specifications and newbusiness opportunities.
Key touch point both externally, for the client, and internally with responsibility for proactive communication and transparency on issues, service enhancements and technology updates. Proactively propose client solutions to make simpler, more sustainable, less costly and maintainable client deliverables. Deliver status reports for client changes to monitor performance verses expectation and manage directly with your client portfolio.
Who we're looking for
Strong industry experience including some insights, research, data manipulation, cross functional experience (Nielsen, TNS etc). Excellent relationship management and project management skills are essential to be able to liaise across regions and cultures to establish a network.
Good business acumen and a proactive approach to problem solving, excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Confident and enthusiastic person who is able to manage a varied and unpredictable work;load with minimum supervision. Second European language would be an advantage also, a good decision maker who is able to drive/manage projects forwards to meet client needs.
A string communicator with excellent listening skills and capabilities to secure the deliveries are in line with the client expectations and a string willingness to be able to travel for this role.
