The HR Coordinator will be part of the shared services team, carrying out a generalist role supporting the Derby human resources team and the wider business. The position will give you an opportunity to;
• Manage key stakeholder relationships
• Manage and prioritise work load of high volume administration.
• Support the development of the in-house web based recruitment system.
• Maintain all manual HR files and computerised HR data
• Work with the HR Analyst to provide data for HR Metrics
• Process salary changes in Liaison with the Payroll department.

Who we're looking for
As the HR Coordinatoryou will be CIPD qualified with recent experience as a HR Administrator/ Advisor ideally within; Logistics,Utilities or Manufacturing (other sectors may be considered). Candidates with experience working within a Shared Service environment will be preferable.
