HR Talent Consultant

Our clientsadvice and support in the area of human resources and talent is currently much in demand. This meansthey are now looking for an experienced individual with demonstrable thought leadership in Human Resources, Talent and Capability Management to ensure high levels of service delivery.
You will have experience within a consulting environment and/or from an appropriate specialist role within industry, with significant expertise in the following areas:

-Talent -the ability to build value propositions with providing evidence of delivery
-Ability to lead the development and application of talent guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies.
-Management and succession planning, strategic workforce planning, assessment and capability frameworks.
-HR Policies & Procedures - reviewing and recommending changes to ensure compliance with current legislation.

Who we're looking for
Having worked on complex projects which require innovative and creative thinking you will have:
-The ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills
-Strong presentation and communication skills
-The ability to lead and motivate teams of consultants and client staff
-The ability to effectively manage relationships with senior level HR stakeholders and strong influencing skills for stakeholder management

Additional skill requirements:
• A degree level qualification, minim-um 2:1 or equivalent
• Advantageous - professional HR related qualification
• A passion for adding value to clients' business and embracing change
• A proven ability to think conceptually and to deliver practical results.
