Reporting to the Trading Director within the Buying Department, this executive position leads the development and implementation of our global sourcing agenda. This position is responsible for managing the year round category conversion plans in association with the responsible for managing the year round category conversion plans in association with the Category Managers, and the specification of the system development for global sourcing.

• An ability to manage conflicting priorities
• A strong IT focus
• Excellent influencing and impact skills
• Experience of developing Far Eastern and European sourcing models
• Knowledge of the development and implementation of category frameworks
