The HR Business Partner - IT,will provide full generalist HR support/advice to line managers on policies, procedures, company benefits & training programmes & drive the recruitment strategy for the IT department.
You will be responsible for:
• Providing full generalist HR advice & support to line managers.
• Acting as a business partner to the IT department.
• Driving the recruitment strategy.
• Working with the HR team to better attract talent to the organisation, maximising the use of social media.
• Actively recruit for the manager & senior level positions.
• Conduct exit interviews with senior staff.
• Assist in HR projects as required.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of business partnering an IT team.
• CIPD Qualified or studying for the qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in generalist HR.
• Thorough understanding of employment law & how it can be/should be applied.
• Highly competent in competency based interviewing & the recruitment process in general.
• Strong communicator.
• Previous experience of mentoring or managing.
